The in' network history

  • The pan-European era

    The network started at the end of the 80s and was formalized in 1992 when agencies from France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK created IN (Independent Network).

    Soon the need arose for agencies in other European Union countries. A search was conducted to admit agencies that shared the same professional values, had high quality standards, and maintained solid financial performance.

  • The decision to expand globally

    In 1998, it became clear to IN members that globalization was becoming more widespread. Therefore IN looked for the best way to expand globally while respecting its main principles. The decision was made to create the IN Ltd Company, founded on April 1st 1998.

    Its role was to:

    - Organize and stimulate relationships between members

    - Look for new members in each significant market

    - Promote the IN concept among professionals, clients and prospects

    - Look for new business opportunities with members

    - Help members to create and implement international campaigns

    - Improve global capabilities and professional standards of members

  • Switching from IN Independent Network to in' global marketing communications network

    In 2009, the IN Ltd Company became the New in limited, a British based company limited by guarantee, owned by all in' members.

    The network of aligned agencies with similar visions and values has been changed to a network of integrated marketing communications agencies, of consultants in marketing strategy, specialists in communication techniques, experts in economic domains of activities and innovative suppliers.
